I love this bed in my guest room. When not in use it is out of the way and I can use my spare room for other things. Mine did not come with any straps or whatever to keep the mattress attached to the frame so when bringing it down the mattress suddenly flops down. That is the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. I will have to figure something out to hold the foot of the mattress to the frame when folding/unfolding the bed. Instructions were difficult to follow/understand. It took 2 of my sons 5 hours to assemble it. Love the lights.

The bed is awesome. The only problems are that the front panels, that are hard to put and have them aligned. Also, the texture of the bed is deceiving because on the pictures it looks very shiny, but is not.

The Murphy bed is a quality product. Everything went together well and all of the hardware was included except for the handle. It stated not to use the screws included with the handle, so we tried to use the screws that were appropriated for it and they were too short. We went to the hardware store and purchased adequate screws. The leg that folds down on the right side did not have the tabs on them. We did not feel that this was an important omission. One of the corners of the front piece was nicked during shipping but a little paint worked to hide it. We believe that we have purchased a quality piece of furniture that should last for a long time.

Fair value for the amount spent. The directions are a bit lacking but that seems to be the growing trend in "some assembly required" items. It makes you wonder if the company ever tried following the directions themselves. One piece in particular would not fit and had to be trimmed. And the switch for the LED lights in the overhead is absolutely junk. But for the price I paid and the finished product I would say I'm pleased but not thrilled.

Wow, what a job, but it takes work to put anything together. Little on the particle board side, but for little use, it is fine and saving a few thousand. Guest room, but pretty when up and down. I would say thumbs up.

Our furniture is warranted to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. These defects include all the imperfections that can affect the use of the product. As is most often the case, our warranty covers the normal use of the product. To this effect, note that except for the Outdoor collection, our furniture is not intended to be used outdoors.
Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of components and furniture for the period specified on the product sheet, and it does not include labor or assembly costs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We suggest you track the delivery to plan for the arrival of your furniture. The merchandise will be delivered in front of your home or office. If the boxes are large (box dimensions can be found on the product page), we suggest you get help to move the boxes inside.
