The mattress support uses flexible slats that follow the curves of the body and absorb pressure for maximum comfort. The Queen Murphy bed can be used every night for a good night’s sleep. The bed folds up and down smoothly thanks to the dual piston system. The wall bed accommodates most standard Queen mattresses (8-12 inches thick, 60-90 lb, 60 x 80 inches) and supports up to 1000 lb (including mattress). The open bed extends 92 inches from the wall. The cabinet must be anchored to a wall with a minimum ceiling height of 91.1 inches. Allow a clearance of 30-36 inches around the open bed. The shelving unit comes with 2 fixed and 3 adjustable shelves to hold your personal items. The dual-mount wall bed mechanism attaches to the floor and wall for maximum stability and durability. The murphy bed purchased from this company was a well priced item. The delivery was easy and instructions were relativity easy to follow. Just one suggestion on the instructions would be to either color code the front and back portions needed for assembly or at least label unfinished and finished sides that need to go together. Overall very satisfied on assembly have not used with a mattress yet so durability and comfort are yet to be discovered.

Extremely happy with this wall bed unit. Very well made, excellent quality and durable! Impressed with the first one I purchased and therefore purchased a second one for my summer home for guests. When not in use, the room is available for other purposes requiring space...ie; hobby / craft room etc. I very much recommend these bed units and would not hesitate to buy another if the need arose. Our furniture is warranted to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. These defects include all the imperfections that can affect the use of the product. As is most often the case, our warranty covers the normal use of the product. To this effect, note that except for the Outdoor collection, our furniture is not intended to be used outdoors.
Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of components and furniture for the period specified on the product sheet, and it does not include labor or assembly costs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We suggest you track the delivery to plan for the arrival of your furniture. The merchandise will be delivered in front of your home or office. If the boxes are large (box dimensions can be found on the product page), we suggest you get help to move the boxes inside.

If the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will refund the price of the item at the time of purchase. A 20% deduction will be applied to cover restocking fees.
