We bought the bed and side storage unit in September 2020. Delivery was quick and price was fair! Instructions and identification of parts were far from the best (some different parts had the same identification) and it took us a few hours to put together (2 handy adults) but we are very satisfied with the end result and the quality of the unit! The integrated lights are a nice touch. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because of instructions and identification of parts.

Bestar delivered ahead of schedule but sadly the unit was damaged by a forklift in transit. When I called to find out what the company could do to replace the broken bits I was AMAZED by the person answering the phone taking ownership and go above and beyond...even replacing a part I damaged during assembly. The replacements arrived quickly and in perfect condition...BUY BUY BUY from Bestar!!! It took two of us a full day to assemble the bed, but the instructions were complete and easy to follow. The hardest part was attaching the desk to the folding arms...a long thin screw-holding driver would make it easier. The other critical step is to correctly mount the desk latch...I had to double up on the washers to make it meet the desk hook. After it was assembled I had some fun and added a 32" TV and cabling for the computer...dual screen heaven.

Looks great and rock solid, but it is a big project. Takes 8+ hours with two professional handyman. It came in 4 big and one small box. Had a few damaged pieces so had to follow up with Costco to get replacements. Got replacement in 3+ weeks. Also had issues with labels on the pieces. A few pieces were mislabeled that drove my Handyman confused. Looking back, I am happy with the final outcome. The Wallbed looks amazing.

Our furniture is warranted to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. These defects include all the imperfections that can affect the use of the product. As is most often the case, our warranty covers the normal use of the product. To this effect, note that except for the Outdoor collection, our furniture is not intended to be used outdoors.
Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of components and furniture for the period specified on the product sheet, and it does not include labor or assembly costs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We suggest you track the delivery to plan for the arrival of your furniture. The merchandise will be delivered in front of your home or office. If the boxes are large (box dimensions can be found on the product page), we suggest you get help to move the boxes inside.
