Returning Your Product

Return Procedure

Step 1

Initiate the Return

First read the Return Policy and then fill out a Return Request Form with all the supporting documents (photos, delivery confirmation, etc.).

Step 2

Print Your Return Label

Print the return label that you will receive by email once your return request has been approved.

Step 3

Return Your Furniture to Bestar

Put the unassembled goods back in their original packaging, including the assembly guides and accessories. Apply a return label to each box to be returned. Contact the delivery service to arrange for the pickup of your furniture.

Order Mistake

If you make a mistake in your order, contact customer service as soon as possible at 1 888 823-7827. If the order has not yet been shipped, the error will be corrected.

However, if the order has been shipped and the mistake was yours, no cancellation or modification can be made. You will need to contact customer service as soon as possible to initiate a return.

In the event that your order is still in transit, it will be returned to us to avoid storage fees. Otherwise, you will have to ship the merchandise to us. In all cases, you will be entitled to a partial refund, as you will have to pay a mandatory return fee of 20% of the value of the merchandise and covering shipping costs.

Incorrect Address

If, for any reason, you have provided us with an incorrect address ( i.e., wrong apartment number, wrong phone number, unlisted phone number, or any other missing information), your order will be returned to us to avoid storage charges. You will be entitled to a partial refund as you will be charged a mandatory return fee of 20% of the value of the merchandise and covering shipping costs.

Your 'Order Number' was emailed to you when you purchased your products. To facilitate your request, please make sure you use the same email address you used when you made your purchase. If you do not have it, please write to us.
