Which Bestar Murphy Beds are compatible with the Bestar mattress?

All Bestar Murphy beds, including vertical and horizontal models, are compatible with the Bestar foam mattress in the corresponding size: Full or Queen. Cabinet beds require a folding mattress and are not compatible with this mattress.
How firm is the Bestar mattress?

The Bestar mattress offers a medium-firm feel, combining comfortable cushioning with reliable support.
Does the mattress sleep hot?

The mattress features a 2 in. layer of Serene™ Cooling Foam to help you sleep comfortably throughout the night.
Does the mattress help reduce motion transfer?

Yes. The construction helps absorb movement and minimize motion transfer.
How long does the mattress take to expand after unboxing?

The mattress arrives compressed and roll-packed. Allow 30 minutes before use and 24 to 48 hours to reach full comfort.
Will the mattress have an odor when I first open it?

You may notice a mild odor when you first unbox your mattress. This is normal and usually fades within 24 to 72 hours, though it can occasionally take up to a week. To help it clear faster, unbox the mattress in a warm, well-ventilated room with a window open or a fan running, remove all plastic wrapping (including any inner layer), and let it air out for a day before adding a protector and sheets.
How do I take care of the mattress?

Rotate your mattress 180 degrees every 4 to 6 months to promote even wear and maintain comfort.
How does the 30-Night Sleep Trial work?

If you're not completely satisfied within 30 nights of delivery, contact Customer Service for next steps.
The mattress I own is thicker than the recommended size. Can I still use it with a Bestar Murphy Bed?

We recommend using a mattress that meets the specified size, thickness, and weight requirements for safe operation.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. We recommend tracking your shipment so you can plan for the arrival of your furniture. Delivery is made to the front of your home or business. If the boxes are large (box dimensions are listed on the product page), we recommend arranging assistance to move them indoors.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We hope you'll love your new furniture! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible orders. Don’t recycle your boxes just yet! Items eligible for return must be in their original condition and packaging.

Returning an item is easy! Simply email our Customer Service Returns Department at freight@esolutionsfurniture.com and include your order number. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will refund the purchase price of the item. A 20% deduction will be applied to cover restocking fees.

Murphy Bed mattresses are covered by our 30-Night Sleep Trial. If you're not completely satisfied with your mattress within 30 nights of delivery, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number. Our team will review your request and provide you with the appropriate next steps.

Our furniture is warranted to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. These defects include all the imperfections that can affect the use of the product. As is most often the case, our warranty covers the normal use of the product. To this effect, note that except for the Outdoor collection, our furniture is not intended to be used outdoors.

Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of components and furniture for the period specified on the product sheet, and it does not include labor or assembly costs.
