Product Information & Policies

Murphy Bed with 2 Narrow Closet Organizers

What types of office storage solutions are available?

Bestar offers a wide variety of office storage solutions to help you keep your workspace organized and clutter-free. Our selection includes vertical file cabinets, lateral file cabinets, mobile pedestals, storage credenzas, bookcases, shelving units, and office hutches. For maximum versatility, we also carry combination cabinets with both shelves and drawers, plus specialized storage for binders, supplies, and personal items. Whether you need compact storage for a home office or full-scale organization for a corporate space, we have options to suit your needs.
Do your storage products include any locking or security features?

Yes. Many of our office storage cabinets and file drawers include built-in locking systems to help protect confidential documents and personal belongings. Depending on the model, you may find a central lock that secures multiple drawers at once, individual locks for separate compartments, or cabinet doors with keyed access. Each product description clearly states if a lock is included, so you can select the secure storage solution that works best for your office.
What type of file sizes do your drawers accommodate?

Our file cabinets are designed to store standard North American file sizes. Most models hold both letter-size, 8.5 x 11 inch, and legal-size, 8.5 x 14 inch, hanging files, with some featuring adjustable rails so you can easily switch between file formats. This flexibility makes it simple to organize paperwork in a way that works for you. Check the specifications on your chosen model to confirm supported file sizes.
How do I choose the right size storage cabinet for my office?

Choosing the right office storage cabinet depends on your space, needs, and style:
Measure your space: Allow enough room for drawers or doors to open fully.
Plan your storage: Identify whether you’ll be storing files, binders, supplies, or personal items.
Consider your layout: Choose a compact mobile pedestal for under-desk storage, a tall cabinet for vertical space savings, or a credenza for extra work surface.
Match your style: Select a finish and design that complements your desk and other furniture for a cohesive look.
Do you offer matching desks and storage sets?

Yes. Many Bestar collections feature matching office desks and storage cabinets, including hutches and shelving units, so you can create a coordinated workspace. These pieces share the same finishes, hardware, and design details, making it easy to achieve a polished, professional look. You can shop by collection to find the perfect matching office furniture set for your space.
Where are Bestar products made?
Most Bestar products are manufactured in Canada using domestic and imported components. Few select products are manufactured overseas to meet specific design and manufacturing requirements. Please check the description on the product page for the country of manufacture.
