The open bed extends 92 inches from the wall. Maximum weight capacity is 1000 pounds including the mattress. The bed frame is exactly as described. The four boxes are very, very heavy. It took two of us about 15 hours over several days to assemble it. We were short 6 specialty screws that we had to order from the company, they were free but it took over a week to get the package of screws. I recommend counting all pieces before beginning assembly. Otherwise, we are happy with the quality, stability and aesthetics of the bed.

With a team of two pretty knowledgeable installers, this project was a five to six hour job. This would not be an easy install for every person, and it definitely requires two. We’re very impressed with the solid quality and attention to detail in the design. The overall look and ease of use is great, but the new mattress is a little tall and is getting stuck in the frame when lowering the bed. Not a huge worry, as it eventually comes out. We have this in a rental so haven’t slept on it yet. Will follow up with comments we receive them. All in all, we’re very pleased.

Sturdy and overall well-built. Feels like it will last a very long time. It took 3 handy people about 3 hours to put together. A few minor things that are not A+: 1) Our mattress (admittedly the 12” max thickness recommended), gets stuck in the upright position, and often crashes down onto the bed when it’s being pulled down (not very lightly). Probably should come with a strap to secure the mattress to the frame, which we are planning on using one that I currently use to secure paddle boards. 2) The handle on the top panel used to pull down is small and feels cheap, and does not feel correct for the amount of force that has to be used to pull against the hydraulics and weight of the assembly and the mattress. This handle should be much more significant than it is. 3) The crown does not fit perfectly together and requires caulk or filler to make it look finished.

Overall I would recommend this product, but I would set expectations with build quality issues and delivery issues. The positive. It looks really nice, it is sturdy, took only a couple hours to assemble and install, and will most likely last for years without issue. The negative. No matter how hard you try there will be panel gaps on the front that allow you to see through a little bit. The trim is also not perfectly fitted and often has a 1 mm gap. Our unit also had a few chips in the front panels which are highlighted because we have the white version. The most frustrating part is the delivery and the fact that you are left with a double wide skid. The delivery company refused to take it back with them. This is a big departure from any other furniture delivery service so keep this in mind when buying.

We are really loving our wall bed. The queen size fits nicely in our gym. When tucked away it gives us lots of room to use the exercise equipment. When down it gives us enough room for two adults to sleep comfortably. Looks great. We are able to have a nice picture hanging over the bed. It gives you enough room to store 4 pillows inside the bed when closed up. Nicely crafted. Extremely happy with the product. Would recommend highly.

Our furniture is warranted to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. These defects include all the imperfections that can affect the use of the product. Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of components and furniture for the period specified on the product sheet, and it does not include labor or assembly costs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We suggest you track the delivery to plan for the arrival of your furniture. The merchandise will be delivered in front of your home or office. If the boxes are large (box dimensions can be found on the product page), we suggest you get help to move the boxes inside.
