Collaborating with the marketing team, the CGI Design Assistant’s mission is to build detailed interior design briefs that will serve as a start for the artists to create warm, unique and timeless living spaces. The position will also be responsible for evaluating and keeping track of the timeline of the projects and the deliverables.
Key high-level deliverables will include:
- Participate to develop interior detail briefs (including props) for trendy and on brand scenes to display our furniture.
- Review CGI artists’ work to make sure it follows the established brief.
- Organize and track deliverables to communicate to the Senior Project Manager.
- Work closely with the Art Director to understand the needs, and, when applies, budget constraints for each project.
- Classify and organize the props library.
- Create a bank of props brief per design style/trend.
- Coordinate with outsources collaborators.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 5 p.m.

Required Education and Experience:
- Interior design degree and/or experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency with Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign preferred.
- Bilingual (French/English).
- Interest in technology integration.
- Knowledge of the InVision platform preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, on time and on budget.
- Excellent coordination and organization skills.
- Knowledge of Interior Design style and trends.
- Strong sense of detail, aesthetics and spatial balance.
- Good knowledge of the CGI world.
- Able to follow a pre-establish style (even if it’s not a personal taste).
- Knowledge of materials, colors, finishes and applications.
