Through information technology, our production equipment is closely linked to our work units, which gives us the flexibility and ability to quickly produce an impressive variety of furniture. Information technologies are also being used to integrate sales and production, which helps us customize our approach and keep the customer at the heart of the company’s concerns.
Our integrated sales management systems ensure a quality response to customer enquiries, account requests, inventory or real-time synchronization requests, online orders via EDI, etc. The value chain is thus optimized, and efficiency is increased due to faster delivery.
Our integrated production management systems also optimize service through improved just-in-time inventory management and the ability to track shipments using a system linked with our transport partners: FedEx and UPS. Design and computer-assisted production, which facilitate prototyping and quick fixes, allow us to place the people at the heart of our strategy. At Bestar, our first order of business is to answer the customer’s needs.
