I wanted to send in a thank you note to your company and your customer service. When I first assembled my office unit and lateral filing cabinet over 2 years ago, I realized I had a damage piece of wood. I called your 1-888 number, was connected to a customer service representative almost immediately and with no questions asked other than part number damaged, the damaged piece was on its way to me and I received it quite quickly.
Today I finally emptied the top drawer of the lateral file cabinet as it has not been shutting properly for quite some time. I found the culprit, the ball bearing strip in the track assembly was broken and had fallen out.
So today, I called your 1-888 number, was speaking to a customer service representative in about 30 seconds, told him the problem, and again with no questions asked, is shipping out the drawer tracking parts that hold the ball bearing strip.
I was expecting to pay for the parts as I’ve had the unit for about 25 months so I didn’t think it would be under warranty any longer. I then read the warranty and realized it’s covered for 10 years! (…)
It’s a pleasure to do business with a company that believes in customer service as that is rare these days.

Beautiful computer station, very solid. Nicely priced Canadian product. It would be nice if more Canadian product such as this one were available instead of cheap Chinese products.

Congratulations for your excellent customer service. The two damaged parts have been replaced with no problems and received three days after my phone conversation, I was pleasantly surprised. GOOD JOB BESTAR!!!!!!!

Since the purchased was made six months ago, I was worried that the pieces would not be replaced. When I called, your agent told me that the replacement parts would be shipped in 3 days. Wow! I must admit it’s been a long time since I saw such an efficient customer service. I bought a BESTAR computer desk about 10 years a go and I am very satisfied, although I should replace it soon. You can be assured that the next piece of furniture that I will get will be of the same brand.

The purpose of this is to thank BESTAR and, specifically, Mr. Gilles Thomas for his valuable assistance in helping me order replacement parts for a computer desk recently damaged during a move.
I live in Hawaii and recently changed residences. The moving company damaged several parts on my BESTAR desk. I contacted BESTAR and was initially told that BESTAR only ships to the continental US. After explaining my circumstances and offering to pay for shipping, Mr. Thomas said he would see if BESTAR could make an exception in my case. I received a favorable reply shortly thereafter . . . and received the needed parts yesterday.
Please know that my all conversations / issues were handled by Mr. Thomas with great urgency, efficiency and, most importantly, a sincere desire to satisfy the customer. Customer service is about listening to customers and helping them find solutions to problems. Mr. Thomas could have easily stuck to the script citing policy and procedure about not shipping to Hawaii but I felt something I rarely feel when dealing with customer service people i.e., that he understood my dilemma and truly wanted to help me.
Again, please accept my sincere thanks for BESTAR's demonstrated commitment to customer service. Mr. Gilles Thomas deserves recognition for representing himself and your company so well. Thanks to him I remain a very satisfied BESTAR customer. At this point, my only desire is for this email to be forwarded to the President of BESTAR.
